BUY & PAY
If you wish to purchase a product, you can contact us by e-mail. You will receive an invoice from us, which you can pay by bank transfer.
You can pay by card or cash in our shop. Due to the corona virus, we prefer payment by cards.
We sell margin goods, for margin items no VAT is stated on the invoice. The VAT is therefore not deductible.
DELIVERY & PICK UP
In the Netherlands
Delivery within the Netherlands is done by us personally, our own couriers, or through the company Brenger. Delivery is standard on the ground floor, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the furniture and the delivery location. You can request a quotation without obligation by e-mail.
Outside The Netherlands
Delivery outside the Netherlands is possible through various channels. If you are interested in delivering and sending abroad, we ask you to contact us.
Pick up :
You can also pick up your purchase in our store or storage, you can indicate this with your order. Collection within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed.
We deliver and ship everything within 10 working days unless otherwise agreed. As soon as you have placed an order, you will be contacted to make a delivery or collection appointment.
RESERVATION & RETURNS
It is possible to reserve a product for a period of 3 days. The product is only reserved when you have received a confirmation from us.
Online purchases can be returned within 14 days. You must notify us in advance by email. Please note that returns are at your own expense. You are self-responsible.
